Brain based learning helps struggling students because the learning is directed at the individual brain strengths students have. When a student knows the correct pathway to use for memory based on the way his/her individual brain works, the success rate for learning is extremely high.
Ed Sage School’s curriculum and instruction is built on brain based learning. All lessons contain the techniques and modalities that work for different types of learners. Students are shown which techniques and modalities work for their individual brains.
The main goal for each student in Ed Sage School is to build a confident learner who manages all the work and learning to be done. Knowing what to do, how to do it, and when to do it helps students feel good about what they are doing.
Applications for the 2022-2023 school year are now being accepted at Ed Sage School. Contact the Head of School, Beth Silver, for information on how your student can be helped. Beth can be reached at 310-720-0390 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
